Edwin (Buddy) Kelley, Jr. is the owner and broker of Buddy Kelley Properties, Inc. He has been engaged in the real estate business since 1972, and has witnessed first-hand the tremendous growth of Henry County, Georgia. A lifelong resident of Henry County, Buddy grew up in the McDonough community of Kelleytown, named for his family ancestors.
Buddy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Henry-Clayton Board of Realtors. He is also a State of Georgia licensed real estate appraiser. In addition to various attorneys, estates, and individuals, his clients include the Southern Company (Georgia Power), Oglethorpe Power Company, and the Henry County Water Authority. Furthermore, Buddy serves on the Board of Directors for the First State Bank of Henry County.
He and his wife, Barbara, live on Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia.
Beau Kelley is the Associate Broker for Buddy Kelley Properties, Inc. Beau is a lifelong resident of Henry County, Georgia, and grew up in the McDonough community of Kelleytown, named for his family ancestors.
Beau graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2000 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. Currently, he is President and co-founder of the Young Professionals of Henry County and Vice-President of the Henry County Fuller Center for Housing. He is a former executive board member of A Friend’s House, Inc. (2004-2010) and is the past chairman of Taste of Henry (2005-2010). Beau was the 2010 United Way of Henry County fundraising campaign chairman, and was the 2009 A Friend’s House, Inc. “United Way Volunteer of the Year.” He has organized several fundraisers for local charities, which have raised tens of thousands of dollars for abused children, the elderly, and disadvantaged.

Kenneth Howell is a Sales Associate for Buddy Kelley Properties, Inc. Kenneth grew up in the Ola community of McDonough. Kenneth has been buying and selling real estate for both personal and business use for more than 20 years, with extensive experience in commercial and residential land development. As a real estate agent, Kenneth can offer his diverse knowledge in the field to help clients achieve their needs.
Kenneth has been building homes and commercial buildings for 20 years, and holds a General Contractors License from the State of Georgia for residential and commercial construction. Kenneth is also a member of the Henry Council for Quality Growth.
He and his wife, Stina, live in Ola with their five children.
